Photography

Photography packages are priced per project and contract. 75.00 per hour, with a 2 hour minimum. Most personal protraiture only requires 2.5 to 3 hours of work. This includes studio time, or on location meet up, set up, production period and break down. Post production editing and processing are not included. Commercial shoots for businesses and other professional entities, usually require a minimum of 2 hours to about 5 hours of production time. These packages will include post production within the contracted fee. Printing and any other outsourced processing requirements will be charged separately. We offer a free email inquiry, to any client interested in contracting with KCP. This allows the perpspective client to have basic questions answered, pertinent to their needs. After the inquiry, if you would like to book with KCP, an in person consult is required, a 30-60 minute appointment, to examine a detailed overview of the clients needs and project size. This appointment, will handle pricing per project details, any other production related questions the client may have, and scheduling for the production. We never limit the amount of appointments or time available to a client, for consulting on a job. We are more than happy to meet with our contractees more than once, to finalize the creative and production details. Online inquiry via email is always free, along with our first consult appointment. Any further meetings for consultation will be 25.00 dollars an hour. Charged separately. Upon meeting for a consultation and contracting with KCP, whether it is your first and only consultation or your project requires a few extra hours of development, a mandatory deposit of half of the total fees for service is required, due upon signing. For personal portaiture, contracting for the minimum of 2 hours, but less than 3.5 hours of production time, will be required to pay a 75.00 dollar deposit upon signing. Deposits are NON refundable. KCP will collect the difference of the contracted amount/fee for service, upon the day of the shoot. After the shoot has concluded.
